Lennon recovers from hamstring strain to be fit for Tottenham

Winger Aaron Lennon will play for Tottenham against Wigan Athletic on Saturday.

The 23-year old was ruled out of the England squad for their two games against Wales and Ghana over the past five days with a hamstring strain but according to Spurs manager Harry Redknapp will be fit for the trip to Wigan.

"Aaron is OK. He trained this morning. There isn't any problem with him," Redknapp said.

"He met up with England and stayed with them for 10 days, felt his hamstring was tight and we didn't want to risk him going, so he pulled out of the squad."
