Deportivo La Coruna are ready to bring in a new salary cap for it's players.

Depor president Augusto Cesar Lendoiro is tightening the belt and insisting on salaries of no higher than £500,000 for his players. The decision means many of Depor's squad face reducing their wages by almost a quarter.

All new contract talks will be discussed with the salary cap in mind, says AS, along with any prospective new signings.
