Arsenal face missing out on long-term target Thomas Lemar due to their struggles this season.
The AS Monaco winger turned down a €100m deadline day move to the Gunners last August, but has remained on the radar of the London giants.
However, any move to Arsenal won't happen if they fail to qualify for next season's Champions League. No matter his admiration for the club, Lemar won't join Arsenal if they're not in the Champions League.
Just last month, Lemar stated: "I will keep working hard so these clubs will eventually come back in the next transfer window. I am open to all offers. I am a football player, I like football. I do not close any door."
