Leicester City's Joe Dodoo suggests he would jump at the chance to join Rangers on loan.

The 21-year-old striker travelled to Glasgow on Tuesday night to hold talks with the Scottish giants about a season-long spell at Ibrox.

Dodoo admits linking up with Mark Warburton's side, who are back in the Scottish Premiership, would be brilliant for his development at senior level.

"I know a lot [about Rangers]," Dodoo said.

"I used to watch them a lot when I was younger and obviously there's the rivalry with Celtic.

"It's a great club. Any player would be excited to play for a team like Rangers."
