Leicester City have not yet contacted former manager Martin O'Neill according to the club's vice-chairman.
The Foxes are on the hunt for a new boss after they sacked Sven-Goran Eriksson on Monday and former League Cup-winning tactician O'Neill has emerged as a top target but Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn insists there has been no contact as of yet.
"Not yet," he told Sky Sports News. "Maybe I don't want to say that because I have to open my mind now and it is not just what the fans want.
"We will select very carefully.
"I would say now I don't decide anything yet individually, I don't want to mention anyone yet because I want to see all applications first and then I will decide."
