Leicester City chairman Milan Mandaric is adamant they won't lose manager Nigel Pearson.
Pearson has been linked with West Ham United, Burnley and Celtic in recent weeks.
Mandaric told BBC Radio Leicester: "No matter where we end up I want Nigel to stay and he will stay, it's as simple as that. Nigel has done an outstanding job. He is a good man and as I said the day I first met him, this is our man.
"I am in contact with Nigel all the time. We will discuss his long-term contract at the end of the season as we have to focus on every game right now.
"I am not worried about any competition for a lot of reasons. One of those reasons is Nigel's stability and his word to me that he is not going anywhere. He is well respected and I can't see why Nigel would move anywhere."
