Leicester City hope to trump Tottenham for Caolan Lavery.
The Daily Mail says Leicester have taken ex-Ipswich striker Lavery on trial.
The 19-year-old was a Tottenham target in the summer but hurt his knee and a deal fell through.
If he signs for Leicester, Ipswich will be due compensation.
