Leicester City are making a move for Palmeiras defender Yerry Mina.

Barcelona have an option for Mina and are expected to sign the Colombia international this month.

However, TMW says Leicester have made contact with Palmeiras about bringing him to England.

Interestingly, Mina's agent has long insisted Barca's option is not watertight - including the proposed set fee of €12m.

The Foxes are willing to go higher to convince Palmeiras to sell to them in the coming days.
