Arsenal hero Paul Merson has hailed Leicester City's swoop for Nathan Dyer.

The midfielder arrives on-loan from Swansea City.

Merson wrote in the Daily Star: "I still can't believe no one else went for him. A year ago he should have been in the England squad and he fits perfectly at Leicester.

"They play with wingers and they have a go, so he will play and they will carry on being a threat.

"I like him. He is intelligent, quick, makes good runs and scores goals.

"He is an absolute steal."
