Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy concedes he may not be selected for their FA Cup tie with Fleetwood Town.

Vardy hopes to face his former club, but is unsure of manager Claude Puel's plans.

He said: “It is up to the gaffer who he selects but even if I am not involved I will obviously make the trip up.

“You have seen with his selections in the league our gaffer has been making changes.

“It is at the end of a busy period so we have to make sure everyone is fit and raring to go.

“That is what the manager is there for, he knows what is best for the team. We will wait and see but if I am not involved I will be making the trip up."
