Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy insists he has no regrets rejecting Arsenal last summer.

Arsene Wenger met the England international's buy-out clause and a big contract was in the offing, but Vardy chose to continue his story with Leicester.

Claudio Ranieri's side sit precariously in 17th place, and Jamie Vardy has scored just five Premier League goals in 22 appearances.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are fourth, having alternated between Alexis Sanchez and Olivier Giroud up front.

The Leicester forward was asked by BT Sport: "Are there any regrets about not joining Arsenal?'"

Vardy replied: "No regrets whatsoever."
