Leicester are undecided whether to challenge an FA charge of failing to control their players, according to boss Sven-Goran Eriksson. Barnsley and Leicester were charged and fined £5,000 following a second-half melee which saw City pair Darius Vassell and Neil Danns booked along with home striker Andy Gray.
"I can understand the FA in one way as they want to clean up football and don't want a lot of players around the referee," Eriksson told the Leicester Mercury.
"They said that before this season, but I don't think they were aggressive or shouting too much. If they want to charge us, then that's okay, but charge all the other teams who are doing the same thing.
"It is difficult to defend because it shouldn't happen, but in football it does happen. It wasn't very bad from our side.
"We discussed it on Friday but we will discuss it again. I don't know what we will do yet."
