Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has praised new signing Esteban Cambiasso for adjusting so quickly to his new club.
The Argentine veteran joined the Foxes in the summer after a stunningly successful career with Inter Milan and his arrival has helped lift the promoted club according to the manager.
"He talked in the first week here about his English not being as proficient as he would like, but I can assure you he's a very good communicator," said Pearson.
"He has settled in very well with the group of players and that's always a big plus when you've got a player with his experience and quality.
"He's become a very important member of the squad straight away.
"He's had nothing but a positive effect and I think that's testament to his own ability, but also the character he has as a person. We're very pleased with how he's settled in."
34-year old Cambiasso is set to make his debut when 15th-placed Leicester travel to 10th-placed Stoke City on Saturday.
