Leicester City have been successful in appealing a red card received by Paul Konchesky.
The veteran defender was sent off for violent conduct against Alan Hutton in the weekend's 2-1 loss to Aston Villa which the Foxes decided to contest.
Konchesky was set to serve a three-match ban for the straight red card but the Independent Regulatory Commission has upheld the appeal and he will now be available for the coming weekend's clash with Manchester City.
