Leicester City have joined the battle for AS Monaco defender Marcel Tisserand.

The Mirror says the Foxes could compete with Arsenal to sign Tisserand.

Both clubs have reported enquired about his availability, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger under pressure to add to his squad before the close of the transfer window.

But Leicester have not ruled out additions themselves, and have now been linked with Tisserand, a versatile defender comfortable at centre-back.
