Leicester City remain keen on Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts.

The Daily Mail says Leicester are still interested in signing Roberts despite a delay in the deal, which was expected to happen as part of the Riyad Mahrez negotiations.

Discussions over Roberts' future are now being conducted separately, with the midfielder currently on tour in the USA with Man City.

The 21-year-old played for Man City on Friday night in their US tour opener as they fell to a 1-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund.

Roberts, 21, could be tempted by the lure of first-team football, which looks set to be limited under Pep Guardiola - thanks in part to the arrival of Riyad Mahrez.
