Leicester City striker DJ Campbell faces being priced out of a move to Blackpool.

The Blackpool Gazette says Leicester know how keen Ian Holloway is to sign the striker and how much Campbell wants to move to Bloomfield Road.

And that is why, according to sources at the Walkers Stadium, Leicester are asking for £1m. That will be hard for Karl Oyston to swallow, especially as the 28-year-old is understood to have been valued at £250,000 earlier in the year.

But 11 goals in 17 starts during a successful loan spell since January have seen Campbell's price tag rocket.
