Leicester City manager Craig Shakespeare has revealed that the players have decided Jamie Vardy is the Foxes' designated penalty taker.
Riyad Mahrez has usually been Leicester City's penalty taker but Jamie Vardy was the one who stepped up to score in the Foxes' 2-1 defeat against Chelsea last weekend and manager Craig Shakespeare has revealed that it was the players who decided to make the change.
Shakespeare said: "He was down to take the penalty. I didn't have anything to do with that.
"The players made the decision and I was happy to go along with it."
