Leicester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson is determined to land Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Mirror says Eriksson wants Manchester City's out-of-favour Santa Cruz, but the Paraguayan is reluctant to join him on loan as he looks for a permanent transfer in January.
City hope to sell Santa Cruz and are encouraging moves from German side Wolfsburg, with Steve McClaren interested in the South American star.
