Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is enjoying the management of Claude Puel.

Ndidi says Puel is quick to indicate to his City players anything that leaves him dissatisfied with their performance, but he doesn't rant and rave to make his point.

“He is focused and doesn't beat around the bush," the 21-year-old told the Leicester Mercury.

“He is straight to the point, if you are not doing something that he wants then he will tell you immediately and will tell you what is better for you. He has really helped my game.

“Sometimes during training if I make a mistake he will call me over and tell me what I should do, not in a harsh way, he just tells me calmly.

“He believes in the team, not just the starting 11. He has brought everyone together and understands the qualities of every player."
