Leicester midfielder King full of confidence ahead of Wales matches

Wales midfielder Andy King reveals that he is confident ahead of his side's all important European Championship qualifiers against Cyprus and Israel.

The Dragons prepare for probably the two biggest games in their footballing history when they come up against Cyprus and Israel over the next week and ahead of the mammoth clashes, Leicester City star King has revealed that the mood around the Welsh camp is a very confident one.

"I am massively full of confidence. We have had a really good start as a team and I feel like I have done well personally," said King.

"I am really looking forward to these games now, but it is all about the squad not individuals. You can see the togetherness we have in the 23-man squad, it is there in training and in games. It makes a difference when the team is playing well, but I am playing well, probably the best I have played in the Premier League.

"I am in a team that is in the top four in the Premier League and a team that is in the top 10 in the world rankings which are massive achievements. We do not want to get carried away but it is nice for me because being part of a team that high up in the world is something the Leicester manager will take notice of in addition to what I do at club level."
