Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater is set to avoid a lengthy ban after his dismissal at Manchester United.
Drinkwater reacted angrily and appeared to swear at referee Michael Oliver after his second yellow card in Sunday's draw at Manchester United.
But the Mirror says that was not included in Oliver's report and therefore there will be no further action against Drinkwater who will now serve a one-game ban against Everton on Saturday.
He will be eligible for the final game at Chelsea.
