Leicester manager Pearson insists: I am not a bully

Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has re-iterated the fact that he is not a bully.

The Foxes boss has been labelled as such by some journalists after controversial comments in press conferences in the past but he insists he is actually a very affectionate person.

"I am a very tactile person," he said in the Daily Mail.

"I see it as another way of communicating. I'm very tactile with my kids. I kiss my dad every time I see him. It's just the sort of person I am. Very touchy-feely.

"This is where I got really offended, though, with this 'bully' thing. Because that, and I know I need to steer away from going down that route, is not me.

"People here know that there is an expectation to work hard. But there is also quite a relaxed feel to this place. I'm very approachable."
