Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri is confident that Newcastle United will survive relegation under newly-appointed manager Rafa Benitez.
Despite suffering a 1-0 defeat to the Foxes in Benitez's first game in charge of the club on Monday night, the Magpies showed signs of improvement in their performance.
Following the game, Ranieri said: "When a side changes its manager, the players wants to show their attitude.
"I am sure Newcastle will be safe. They have good players."
Second-bottom Newcastle will now face fellow relegation candidate and arch rivals Sunderland in their next league game on Sunday.
