Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel admits he's fed up with comparisons with his father, Peter, the Manchester United legend.

Schmeichel is growing tired of living in his Dad's shadow.

He said: "I have always been Kasper Schmeichel. It is something you lot like to build up and mention a lot. For me it is ridiculous and quite boring to be honest. If people want to make something of that it is up to them, it has nothing to do with me.

"I am 26 now and it might have been a story when I was 16. Now I think people must be fed up of hearing the same thing.

"It doesn't matter to me. I am happy with how my career has gone and how it is. What other people want to make of it is up to them. That has no relevance to my job at all."
