Leicester City are in talks for Dinamo Zagreb defender Filip Benkovic.

The Daily Mail says Leicester are in talks over a £13million deal for 21-year-old Dinamo Zagreb defender Benkovic.

The 6ft 4ins centre-back has been capped at U21 level by Croatia.

Benkovic has been followed by a number of high profile clubs including Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund and is considered one of Croatia's brightest prospects.

The youngster has also major interest from Serie A.
