Former Leicester City star Robbie Savage says Arsenal should've signed Gonzalo Higuain ahead of Juventus.

Higuain completed a stunning £76million move to the Serie A champions from rivals Napoli last month.

"He had been linked with Arsenal for ages but when Juventus wanted him, they put up the money and signed him," Savage wrote for the Daily Mirror.

“Yes. they had to pay £76 million, but you have to go with it and pay over the odds for players now. If you don't, you are going to get left behind."
