Leicester City fullback Christian Fuchs has again spoken of pursuing a gridiron career.

However, the Austria international insists his plans are well off into the future.

"Once it became publicized through my interview, some people have contacted me who have to do with the NFL," Fuchs told Laola1.

"There are ways. It's a long way there, it is not easy. But if I do not try, I will not have the means to achieve it."

Fuchs' contract runs to 2018: "I'm still in football and hope that I will be a long time in football. But I've already stretched out the feelers."
