Leicester City fullback Ben Chilwell was delighted with his debut England cap.

The 21-year-old replaced Danny Rose in the second half of Tuesday night's win over Switzerland.

"Very whirlwindy," Chilwell told the Leicester Mercury. "We were just buzzing for each other. We have been at Leicester together for a few years now.

"We have been through ups and downs together at Leicester, had bad patches together and had good patches together. For us both to get the call, where we are both being called up together was extra special because we have both been there for each other the past few years."
