Leicester City meet Birmingham City in the FA Youth Cup quarterfinal tonight.
The U18 Foxes are bidding to become only the second City side ever to reach the semi-finals.
Leicester coach Trevor Peake told the Leicester Mercury: "They're probably only used to playing in front of their parents, so hopefully we can get a few thousand in or maybe even more than that.
"It would be a great atmosphere for them to perform in.
"Hopefully they'll get encouraged by that, and not get too nervous.
"There's been some decent crowds at some of the other games, so it would be lovely to follow suit."
