Leicester City defender Harry Maguire says he returns from the World Cup with mixed emotions.

England finished fourth after defeat to Belgium yesterday.

Maguire said: “There are mixed emotions. We're really proud with what we did, but we are also extremely disappointed because we feel we had an amazing opportunity to reach a World Cup final.

“People might say we might never get that chance again and we know ourselves that you really have to take it when it comes.

“Now we have to try to build and grow together.

“But one thing is for sure: we feel like England are back now and competing again."
