Leicester City have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel from Leeds United.
The 24-year old Dane has signed a three-year deal with the Foxes for an undisclosed fee which is believed to be in the region of £1.5million.
Schmeichel will link up with former Notts County and Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson at Walkers Stadium with the club's football director Andrew Neville confirming the transfer.
"Sven knows Kasper extremely well and regards him very highly, so we're delighted to have brought him to the club," he said.
"He's already made a big impression both domestically and internationally and is another player at a good age for our long-term objectives."
