Leicester City coach Kevin Phillips is full of praise for Ronald Koeman's work at Southampton.
He wrote in the Evening Chronicle: "I had two years at St Mary's and I was fearful for my old club when I saw the exodus of players in the summer.
"Full marks, though, to Koeman for turning things around, and to have them sat in third place as I write these notes is nothing short of outstanding - remarkable in fact!"
