Slovakian right-back Peter Pekarik is on Leicester City's radar.

The Sun says Foxes chief Steve Walsh made a personal check on the Hertha Berlin defender, 29, last week as they plot another surprise swoop.

The Foxes have been brilliant in the transfer market in recent years and experienced Pekarik is right up their street as the ideal competition for Danny Simpson.

Pekarik has plenty of experience in the Bundesliga and is a regular for his country, who will face England and Wales in Group B at the Euro 2016 finals.
