Leicester City skipper Wes Morgan has welcomed Esteban Cambiasso's arrival.
The Foxes have snapped up the Argentinian veteran, 34, on a one-year deal worth over £30,000 a week.
Morgan said: "He is a legend.
"He has played for some of the biggest clubs and has won so much. He is someone we all admire and look up to.
"Just seeing him in training it is obvious he is in great nick - as I expected him to be. Obviously we have signed him to do a job for us.
"I'm sure the gaffer shares the same views about that.
"He is looking in good shape and I'm sure he will only get better."
