Wes Morgan believes Leicester City's experience in the Premier League this season can allow them to be an established club in England's top flight.
The Foxes won seven of their last nine matches to eventually finish 14th on the table after spending most of the campaign on the bottom of the standings.
After their great escape, skipper Morgan feels that Leicester are much better than their survival battle suggests and hopes the club can be forcing their way up the table next season and beyond.
"We want to establish ourselves now and I think we can do that," Morgan said.
"We've shown what we can do this season and I think we're better than a good portion of the teams in this league.
"But it's one thing saying that, you have to go out and prove it.
"We don't want to be in a position we've found ourselves in this season and the ambition now is to start challenging and winning more games."
