Leicester bypass West Ham by offering £25m for Man City forward Iheanacho

Leicester City is making a bold play for Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho.

The Nigerian striker has been made available after falling back Gabriel Jesus and Sergio Aguero in the City pecking order.

West Ham has been on the 20-year's old trail since May but nothing has eventuated.

The obstacle in the transfer has seemingly been the £20m fee that City is demanding.

That number has not deterred Leicester however, and according to The Telegraph, the Foxes are prepared to go even higher and offer £25m for the young forward.
