Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri was full of praise for Manchester United counterpart Louis van Gaal on Sunday.

As the pair embraced after the final whistle the 1-1 draw between the two clubs at Old Trafford, Ranieri gave the Dutchman a glowing endorsement.

The Italian said: "You are doing a fantastic job."

To which van Gaal replied: "I know!"

Van Gaal has been criticised by many quarters for United's performances this season and is in danger of losing his job to Jose Mourinho in the summer, according to multiple reports from the British press.

The exchange was captured by the cameras of Sky Sports as the Red Devils denied the Foxes from clinching the Premier League title which they could now do if Tottenham Hotspur fail to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
