Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri has hailed the attitude of Kasper Schmeichel.

Ranieri is always impressed by the way Schmeichel leads his team – but the way he responds to conceding goals.

The Italian coach said: “He always wants to re-watch the games afterwards, he wants to see everything from the video.

“When we concede a goal, he immediately wants to see what happened and how it happened.

“His attitude is so good.

“And then one of his other key skills is his personality as a leader for his team-mates. They all respect him.

“He's not afraid to shout at the players when it's needed.

“You must understand that the keeper is always right because he can see everything.

“The players can be under pressure but the keeper then take a look to help them."
