Leicester City boss Claude Puel is convinced Jamie Vardy can have a big World Cup.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane is currently the Premier League's top scorer with 23 goals and Puel says Vardy is still improving at the age of 31.
He said: “Jamie is a valuable player for the team, like Harry Kane - he has other attributes.
“We have to respect the work of the England manager because he has different options in the squad, but in the team it would be amazing to see this combination in the World Cup.
“They can play together because they can combine with different attributes. It will be a good association."
Puel added: “I'm happy because he is clinical and for a striker that is the most important thing.
“But it is interesting and he continues to make progress - even at 31.
“He can score because there are good players around him and team-mates who can give him good assists."
