Leicester City boss Claude Puel is adamant they'll keep hold of Riyad Mahrez this month.

Puel reckons £100m-rated Riyad Mahrez is staying at Leicester.

Mahrez, 26, has been linked with moves to Liverpool and Arsenal.

“He's enjoying playing for Leicester with his team-mates," said Puel. “This is the most important thing - we have this good feeling that the player wants to stay with us.

“It is important for us to keep a good feeling with our player."

Another key to Leicester's hopes is the determination of chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.

“My boss - the owner - will decide," added Puel.
