Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson can't see Sunderland being willing to sell Martyn Waghorn.
Pearson admitted the 21-year-old from South Shields is unlikely to be a Fox in the box much longer.
"Waghorn's been a great loan signing," said the former Newcastle United caretaker manager.
"He's doing very well for us. It has been a good experience for him here and I know he's enjoying himself.
"But if I was Sunderland why would I want to sell him? And there is a question mark against if we could afford him anyway."
