Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson insists his promotion heroes can cut it in the Premier League.
Although the Foxes boss is well aware that winning matches will be more difficult this campaign than last - when they ran away with the Championship title - he says his players should cope with life in the top flight.
Pearson told the Leicester Mercury: "I believe we have a squad which is capable of making the transition.
"We are not going to dominate like we did last season - that goes without saying - but there is an air of confidence among the players that they believe they have the ability to perform. I fully agree."
