Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson will NOT be apologising to the fan he clashed with in midweek.
Pearson insisted he has no regrets about his actions.
"I've had run-ins with fans in the past and sometimes, heat of the moment, these things happen," he said. "But there certainly won't be any apology, let's put it like that.
"I think it's probably best if we don't speak about what happened on either side.
"I'm not going to repeat what happened. If people were offended by what happened then, in some ways that is regrettable.
"But there is certainly no need for me to apologise to someone of that ilk as far as I'm concerned.
"Emotions did run high. I'm not saying fans can't criticise but they can't bleat on about it if they get a taste of their own medicine."
