Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson isn't bothered by rumours linking Tony Pulis with his job.
Pearson insisted he will ignore any speculation linking former Stoke manager Pulis with the club and the Foxes boss remains positive.
"A thick skin probably," he said, when asked how he keeps his spirits up. "I have got belief in the people I work with.
"People make the assumption last year was easy, it was far from it. Wherever you are you have to reflect on what's happening with as honest an outlook as possible.
"It's not always easy but my job is to manage this football club in good and bad times. It's not about enjoying the good times. We're experiencing a tough time and have to work through it."
