Leicester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson insists his prodigy Roberto Mancini is strong enough to deal with the Manchester City egos.
Mancini worked under the Leicester boss at Sampdoria and Lazio.
The Swede said: "Roberto was only hard on his team-mates if he thought they were not giving enough or lazy.
"Then he got furious because he is a perfectionist.
"He managed in Italy at Inter Milan and Lazio - he has dealt with these big players. He has no problem with these big players.
"Roberto is strong. He will get over this problem. Perhaps it means selling Tevez in January."
