Leicester City are continuing talks with Jamie Vardy over a new four-year deal.
The Leicester Mercury says Vardy is about to enter the final year of his current contract and several clubs are watching the situation. There were reports at the weekend that Southampton were preparing to make a bid for the 27-year-old.
