Arsenal and Leicester City are chasing Bosnia winger Edin Visca.
The Daily Star says Visca, who plays for Istanbul BB in Turkey's SuperLiga, has been watched by Arsenal in the past year but is further down their list of priorities, which will allow other Premier League sides to step in.
Visca, who is worth £3m and has ten caps for Bosnia, could be in line to become Leicester's first money signing of the summer window.
Leicester are yet to splash the cash this summer, having snapped up Marc Albrighton from Aston Villa, Matthew Upson on a free from Brighton, and Manchester United's 19-year-old starlet Jack Barmby.
