Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater says he's improved his fitness thanks to a change in diet.
He has put his supreme fitness down to changing his diet by cutting out kebabs and other "s***".
He told The Times: "I try to eat the right things. I've stopped eating s***. I got away with it when I was young. I ate kebabs and all that kind of c***.
"I come in every morning and I'll have scrambled eggs, avocado, half a bowl of porridge with some fruit. The night before a game I'll have pasta. I'm not too bad a cook. I can do stir-fry, the basic stuff. Rachel [his partner] is learning as well so we can share the cooking."
