Luke Shaw says any footage of his horror leg break no longer holds any fears for him.

The Manchester United defender sustained a horrific double leg break in a Champions League game against PSV Eindhoven in September last year.

The 21-year-old is now back to full fitness and enjoying some strong form for United and insists the thought of the incident is not an issue any more.

"At one point I didn't like looking at it but now it does not bother me," he said.

"Obviously, I went through a bad time but I came through stronger as a person. Now it does not faze me — though my mum and dad hate it.

"I don't like to see other players get similar injuries as I know what they're going through, but I'm not squeamish to look at it."
